Riding on the growth wave of building construction, the Firm made a strategic shift into constructions of villas and apartments; offering great quality of Materials, Modern electrical & plumbing equipments at extremely competitive prices. SSCPL achieves customer delight by offering unmatched living experience through continued quality consciousness, which is steeped in every aspect and stage of the construction cycle, right from project conception, through execution and delivery.

Today, SSCPL is a professionally managed group with proven capabilities; it has developed close to 3,37,978.48 square feet of land into residential layouts. SSCPL currently has square feet due for completion in the next two years.
